The Wine Group seeks a senior sales leader based in Cincinnati, OH to drive national and regional account programs with Kroger and major retailers. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop long-term customer strategies, optimize trade spend, and build strong relationships with senior buyers to grow revenue and share.

This role reports to the National Sales Manager, National Retail, with oversight of Wholesale and COE partners.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• 8+ years in senior/leadership role managing large multi-state retail accounts.
• Experience with joint business planning and top-to-top meetings with large strategic customers.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Ability to build talent, culture, and capability within a winning team.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic Go-to-Market development for Kroger and regional accounts.
• Foster relationships with Kroger stakeholders and wholesalers at senior levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, COE, and partners.
• Drive sales execution, program management, and AOP alignment.
• Oversee category management, shelf optimization, and program evaluation.
• Provide insights from market data to refine strategies and maximize sales impact.
