Qualifications

• Insurance background strongly preferred.
• Client facing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally 25-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on developing and designing benefit plans to meet needs.
• Coordinates benefit design with internal operations and implementation staff.
• Analyzes client needs and designs product improvements to increase sales.
• Develops relationships with existing accounts, members, and brokers.
• Builds client relationships to understand benefits and objectives.
• Encourages upselling of products or services to existing accounts.
• Delivers on client commitments and ensures satisfaction.
• Coordinates with internal partners to exceed client expectations and grow the account.
