Propelled Brands is seeking a Project Manager to oversee FASTSIGNS National Accounts from inquiry to completion. You will coordinate with franchisees, vendors, landlords, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule while upholding brand standards and client satisfaction.

This full-time role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Project coordination or sign-industry experience preferred.
• Strong project-management, organization, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
• Strong ethical conduct and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new project inquiries and orders via email and catalogs, and document all information.
• Create scopes of work for installs, build-and-ship projects, and service work in the project management system.
• Research and select qualified franchisees or subcontractors for surveys and project work; verify insurance and issue purchase orders.
• Prepare client quotes and ensure brand standards; coordinate landlord approvals and revisions.
• Create purchase orders for permitting, manufacturing, and installation; keep project status updated and on schedule.
• Assist National Accounts team with follow-up and process improvements; perform other duties as assigned.
