The Job You Will Perform

The National Accounts Representative identifies potential customers, develops value propositions, and secures fiber and recycled products to maximize enterprise value. This role collaborates with various teams including customer service, commercial, operations, and recovered fiber mill.

Reporting to the Manager of National Accounts, the successful candidate can be based at Memphis headquarters or a Recycling Facility.

Key Functions

• Apply cold calling to develop new suppliers/customers.
• Present recycling proposals to potential clients.
• Analyze supplier programs for recovery and efficiency.
• Conduct profitability analyses.
• Negotiate purchase prices and stay informed on industry trends.
• Work with the recovered fiber and commercial teams to source and supply high-quality fiber.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Understand recycling equipment and evaluate implementation strategies.
• Develop customer understanding through interactions and visits.
• Address customer needs promptly via relationships with decision-makers.
• Travel at least 50% of the time; reside near a major airport.
• Establish a functional home office environment.
