The Standard is seeking a National Accounts Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing large employer group clients in the National Accounts segment for Core Life and Disability insurance, driving growth and developing broker relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Life & Disability licensing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of national account sales experience in employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for National Accounts.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key brokers and clients.
• Lead RFPs and renewals, present proposals, and negotiate terms.
