Job summary

Nasdaq Dorsey Wright is seeking a National Accounts Associate to support and grow Nasdaq's relationships with enterprise and home office partners. You will help with business development, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure partners receive a best-in-class experience.

You should be organized, collaborative, and client-focused, with a passion for financial services and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in account management, sales support, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
• Experience maintaining records/tracking activity in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to develop clear presentations and reports for leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings and due diligence discussions to strengthen partner engagement.
• Assist account executives through full sales cycle from outreach to implementation.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success to respond to partner inquiries.
• Track partnership activity, advisor adoption, pipeline metrics, and platform utilization for strategic decisions.
• Plan and execute industry conferences and partner events with attendee coordination.
