Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional degree is a plus.
• Experience in administrative, operations support, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry, data validation, or documentation management is desirable.
• Exposure to electrical distribution or construction environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined administrative and order-entry tasks accurately and on time following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking across ERP and project tools.
• Support Project Coordinators by preparing data, verifying information, and flagging discrepancies.
• Review, clarify, and confirm customer material requests under the guidance of Project Coordinators.
• Communicate clearly with team members via email, phone, and in person, following directions from supervisors.
