Job summary

Loeb Electric is seeking a Project Manager - Local Accounts in Columbus to own the full lifecycle of lighting and electrical distribution projects. You will coordinate documentation, submittals, pricing, scheduling, delivery plans, and customer communications to ensure successful execution and margin protection.

You will lead cross-functional teams across sales, vendors, logistics, and field personnel, manage scope, and oversee billing support and change management to drive on-time, within-scope

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management or execution experience in electrical distribution, construction, or industrial materials.
• Working knowledge of lighting, switchgear and electrical distribution products.
• Ability to manage documentation, schedules, and communication independently.
• Proven leadership of customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own execution from awarded handoff through billing and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, and documentation to meet contractual requirements.
• Lead coordination across sales, vendors, logistics, warehouse, and customer field teams.
• Validate product availability, alternates, substitutions, and lead times.
• Maintain documentation for approvals, releases, impacts, and delivery plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the customer during execution.
• Communicate delivery schedules and changes proactively.
• Build and maintain delivery schedules, sequencing plans, and logistics requirements.
• Document delays and impacts for commercial review.
• Support margin protection via procurement strategy and scope clarity.
