Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA in St. Louis is seeking a National Account Coordinator to support inside sales by managing national customer accounts and delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with internal teams across Bunzl and work closely with the National Account Manager overseeing your accounts. Based in Creve Coeur, MO, the role is onsite with some flexibility to work from home a few days per week, and involves coordinating across multiple Bunzl hub locations to ensure timely orders

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding sales and sales operations practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional relationships.
• Exceptional EQ and teamwork are required.
• Knowledge of Bunzl operational areas a strong plus.
• Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support inside sales by managing assigned national customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the National Account Sales Team on operational processes.
• Create and maintain critical National Account information and contracts.
• Manage processes like new customer set-up, forecasting, inventory reviews, and order processing.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategies for products and services.
• Coordinate onboarding and lifecycle management of opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in proposals and pricing analyses with Category Mgmt. & internal teams.
• Facilitate collaborative forecasting to optimize inventory levels and service.
