Job summary

Bunzl National Account Coordinator – Processor is an onsite, day-shift role based in St. Louis, MO. You will support inside sales by managing national accounts, ensuring smooth orders and timely delivery, while collaborating with the National Account Manager and cross-functional teams.

You’ll work across disposable products from paper to PPE and serve customers in diverse industries. A 3–5 year track record in sales operations and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operations practices.
• Proven ability to deliver against deliverables.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional relationship-building.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Account Sales Team to execute sales operational processes.
• Maintain National Account information, contracts, marketing programs and price files.
• Manage processes: new customer set-up, forecasting, inventory reviews, order processing, A/R aging reduction, reporting.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions.
• Lead onboarding and lifecycle management of new opportunities with stakeholders.
• Support proposals and pricing analyses in partnership with internal teams.
• Facilitate forecasting to drive PO decisions and optimize inventory and service levels.
• Lead recurring meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
