Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a National Account Coordinator - Processor to support inside sales by managing assigned national customer accounts and delivering high-level service. The role focuses on ensuring orders and projects move smoothly and customers get what they need, when they need it, on site in St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operations practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the National Account Sales Team to execute sales operations processes.
• Create and maintain national account information including profiles, contracts, and price files.
• Manage processes such as new customer set-up, forecasting, inventory reviews, order processing, and A/R aging reduction.
• Contribute to development of sales and marketing strategies for products and services.
• Oversee onboarding of new opportunities and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and pricing analyses with National Account Managers and Category Mgmt. teams.
• Facilitate forecasting to drive PO decisions and optimize inventory and service levels.
• Lead and participate in recurring customer-facing and internal meetings to ensure action items are executed.
