Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,100 to $128,500.

  • 18 paid time off days annually (pro-rated) and 6 company holidays.

Position Details:

The role involves managing multi-site accounts with MRO potential of $15-$55 million, developing relationships to improve contract compliance and expansion, and negotiating agreements to position Grainger as the primary MRO provider. Candidates can be located in Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales management processes to improve revenues and earnings.
  • Develop programs to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Maintain growth within existing national accounts.
  • Negotiate new agreements to establish Grainger as the primary MRO source.
  • Evaluate and negotiate customer agreements.
  • Coach sales team members on strategic customer plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Create communication plans with internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in sales, selling structured value propositions.
  • Proficiency in increasing profitable growth, closing deals, developing solutions, maximizing contract value, teamwork, prioritization, negotiation, and joint calling.
  • Ability to work across all company levels and travel approximately 60-75% of the time.
