Job summary

Novatech in the United States is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to support client communications and coordinate multiple internal teams. The role will involve managing ship-ins, enrollment processes, and timely updates across systems, with emphasis on quick responses and structured communication with dealers and markets.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a market-competitive salary with performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage National Account Communications
• Active monitor NA inbox and categorize communications into folder structure
• Provide response to the sender within 2 hours
• Engage other Novatech departments for updates as needed
• Ensure Inbox is kept up to date daily
• Initiate Welcome Call within 24 hours of installation
• Conduct Salesforce and EA updates as process dictates
• Mail letter with tag
• Ensure complete installation has been conducted
• Ensure NovaVision has been offered, updated in EA
• Ensure device is enrolled on Nsight
• Manage ITT Ship-Ins
• Monitor NA inbox for ship in ITT’s
• Communicate with dealer on next steps
• Ensure ITT is complete
• Verify with local market for ITT acceptance
• Create Ship-in Deal in SF
• Monitor process and communicate with dealer/local market as needed
• Manage Outbound ITT (assign 1 market at the 3-to-4-month mark)
• Work with Predelivery to validate information
• Create ITT documents and send them to appropriate dealer
• Negotiate timelines and process with dealer
• Update Procurement on shipping information
• Ensure all documents from the dealer are returned in a timely manner and complete.
• Process and coordinate any lease returns
• Maintain communication and close the loop on the process.
• Market competitive salary based upon experience + commission based on performance
