Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Onboarding for National Accounts. The role focuses on onboarding new dealers and transfers, managing relationships, and supporting with quotes and training.

Location options include Montgomery, PA, Waukegan, IL or Middleton, WI, with travel to national accounts as needed. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, developing trust, maintaining program details, and coordinating with Sales,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in general studies or business preferred.
• Window treatment or Interior design background is ideal
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Technical aptitude with Web conferencing, PowerPoint and Excel
• Public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Effective professional sales presentation, discovery, and closing skills
• Initiative and drive to succeed in the window fashion industry
• Must have excellent sales personality - even tempered, aggressive, sincere, outgoing and friendly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Represent Springs in a manner that adds value to the product offering
• Ability to travel on occasion to national account training sessions preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers using phone, email, and virtual methods.
• Facilitate dealer onboarding and transfers; assist with account setup and training.
• Maintain dealer programs for discounts, samples, and display costs.
• Assist with order entry and large quote requests.
• Record and report competitor activity in CRM.
• Set and meet sales goals aligned with leadership.
• Structure activities for dealer relationship development and training.
• Provide training to dealer staff on new products and options.
• Strong phone presence and Zoom presentation skills.
• Coordinate dealer updates with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, CRM, Product Management, and Marketing.
