Job summary

Coverall is seeking a Field Service Representative in Norcross, GA to support the Operations Department. You will deliver excellent customer service to customers and franchise owners, coordinating information from Sales to Operations and handling inquiries.

You will conduct site surveys for National Accounts, accompany Franchise Owners on walk-throughs, gather measurements, and assist with service agreements as needed. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and background check clearance.
• Experience in service/operations with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and franchise owners.
• Previous sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.
• Ability to liaise between Franchise Owners’ customers and the Franchise Owner.
• Ability to provide direction and advice to customers and Franchise Owners.
• Strong ethics and values; adheres to core values under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; proficient with email/Outlook.
• Steps up to resolve conflicts; remains calm and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs, schedule and conduct in-person walk-throughs for new customers.
• Conduct walk-throughs with Franchise Owners when service changes are requested.
• Perform initial site walks of National Accounts for contract offerings.
• Carry out scheduled surveys at National Account customers.
• Gather measurements for National Accounts or new services.
• Provide primary customer service support and coordinate with FBOs.
• Document records and forms for Franchise Owners and customers.
• Present sale and financing options and complete paperwork with FBOs.
• Work with FBO to obtain one-time service agreements for On Demand/PM services.
• Address monthly billing questions from franchisees and discuss supplies.
