CNA is seeking a Client Services Manager for National Accounts in Downers Grove, IL and other locations. You will lead claim service strategies, manage partnerships with underwriting, and drive service excellence for assigned national accounts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years in claims or third‑party administration, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills to foster broker and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5–8 years experience in claims or third party administration.
• Strong knowledge of claims systems and analytics; CPCU/ARM/AIC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, brokers and agents on service issues.
• Lead development, delivery and evaluation of client service goals.
• Collaborate with underwriting to determine renewals at profitable rates.
• Develop action plans for issue resolution and drive high client engagement.
