Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years in claims, third-party administration, or insurance operations.
• Claim management experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, commercial branch contacts, agents and brokers.
• Collaborate with underwriting to determine claim service renewals at profitable rates.
• Lead development, delivery and evaluation of client service goals.
• Develop innovative products and services based on client input and profitability goals.
• Negotiate and monitor special claim handling instructions for risk management accounts.
• Coordinate transition plans for new accounts.
• Monitor client service results using surveys and audits.
• Provide knowledge of claim service offerings to internal and external customers.
