Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking a Director of Technology for a national dining account. You will lead technology strategy, architecture, data integration, and digital infrastructure to support cafe operations, MKs, events, and reporting. Build KPI systems and executive dashboards for leadership and client stakeholders.

The role requires fluency with AI/ML tools, enterprise platforms, and a builder mindset. Prior hospitality experience is not required but curiosity and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed services, hospitality, corporate dining, workplace services, or facilities technology.
• Experience integrating POS, catering, inventory, or financial systems.
• Experience building client-facing reporting and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hospitality technology roadmap.
• Own systems architecture, integrations, data flows, reporting platforms, and AI solutions.
• Establish technology standards, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver executive dashboards and benchmarking tools across service lines.
