Bon Appetit is seeking a Director of Technology to lead technology strategy for a national account. You will architect systems, drive data integration, and deploy dashboards that translate complex operational data into executive insights.

The role requires hands-on coding, AI tooling, and cross-functional partnership with Culinary, Operations, and Finance. This position offers significant impact across hospitality tech and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology leadership, systems architecture, data platforms, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and service lines.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages; experience with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and cloud platforms.
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise technology standards.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, metrics systems, executive dashboards, and benchmarking tools across multi-site or multi-unit environments.
• Experience integrating multi-platform operational systems (POS, catering platforms, MKS management tools).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hospitality technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own systems architecture, integrations, data flows, reporting platforms, and AI solutions.
• Establish technology standards, governance processes, security requirements, and lifecycle management practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
