Specialty Restaurants seeks a leader to own the off-premise and digital ordering strategy across its portfolio of iconic venues. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to grow revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the guest experience.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions, platform integrations, and innovative solutions to keep us competitive in the digital dining space.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing digital marketplaces, delivery platforms, or catering channels.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, operations, digital commerce, or restaurant leadership.
• Strong understanding of DSP ecosystems and digital ordering tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for third-party delivery, catering, and digital ordering across the portfolio.
• Lead testing and implementation of platform features, integrations, and partnerships to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and operational data across platforms to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to ensure consistency and excellence across locations.
