Bon Appetit Management Company seeks a seasoned Director of Events & Catering to oversee the financial success of the Events and Catering departments, uphold service, sanitation and food quality standards, and train managers to meet client expectations and Bon Appétit standards.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, marketing initiatives, financial oversight, staff development, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with client and health regulations.

Competenze

• Minimum of four years of college education; bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel, restaurant or food & beverage operations.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and clients.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Oversee all Events & Catering programs to ensure client satisfaction and value.
• Hire, train and supervise Events & Catering managers to promote internal growth.
• Manage department financials, budgets, and reports; monitor inventory and payroll.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation standards and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge hospitality experiences.
