Job summary

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria seeks a Director, Data & Digital to lead the technology powering our digital guest experience and enterprise data capabilities. This role oversees digital ordering channels and data platforms, reporting to the CTO and serving as a key member of the IT Leadership Team.

The position requires hands-on leadership of the data and digital teams, collaboration with Marketing, Ecomm Ops, and Finance, and building governance standards while managing vendor relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 8-12 years in technology roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading digital product, data, or platform teams.
• Familiarity with restaurant tech ecosystems: Toast, Revel, Paytronix, online ordering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology roadmap for digital ordering and guest-facing channels, including ecommerce, online ordering, loyalty, and mobile.
• Owns integration quality across multi-vendor platforms including POS, payment, loyalty, and catering.
• Defines and executes the enterprise data strategy including architecture, pipelines, BI tooling, and reporting infrastructure.
• Builds and manages the data platform serving Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Represents the function at the executive level and communicates progress to senior leadership.
