We are seeking individuals who focus on targeted customer relationships, partnership management, account planning, customer and industry knowledge, and building an account portfolio.

What You Will Do:
  1. Identify key business opportunities and drive growth.
  2. Plan, negotiate, and close contracts.
  3. Achieve annual sales goals and profit targets.
  4. Optimize ROI of pricing/trade spend.
  5. Develop new ideas and strategies to capitalize on the changing packaging market.
  6. Build key relationships and mutually beneficial business opportunities.
  7. Develop new sales capabilities.
  8. Leverage technology, tools, and sales processes to improve communication, productivity, closure rates, and decision-making.
  9. Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
  10. Win and grow customers through solutions selling that includes problem definition, value proposition, differentiated solutions, and exceeding customer requirements.
  11. Support food safety efforts through commitment and compliance with SQF standards.
  12. Follow plant quality practices including GMPs.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  2. 7+ years of sales experience in rigid single-use packaging.
  3. Leadership qualities that instill confidence and respect.
  4. Proven success in hunting for new business opportunities.
  5. Excellent negotiating skills.
  6. Strategic, creative sales and marketing thinking.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good listening skills.
  8. Travel is required.
