National Accounts Manager (REMOTE - South East region)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and consultative National Account Sales Manager to expand our portfolio within the retail industry. The role involves managing relationships with retail specifiers, corporate decision-makers, and A&D firms. The candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to drive revenue growth and industry presence.

Location:

This position is remote. Candidates should reside within one hour of a major airport in the Southeast Region and be prepared to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing and new national accounts in the Southeast region.
  2. Promote and sell CS solutions, aiming for multiple product solutions per project.
  3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key A&D firms and end-users.
  4. Negotiate national contracts and RFPs with key accounts.
  5. Forecast sales and track opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to gather market insights and share strategic information.
  7. Travel as needed to maintain client relationships and industry presence.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in building products or related industries.
  • Proven success in selling to national end-users, architects, or builders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office with access to a major airport.
