Almanac in Alameda, CA is seeking a National Account Manager to grow chain retail business. You will develop relationships with buyers and coordinate with distributors to drive growth across major chain accounts.

The role requires travel within California, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to execute retail programs and forecast performance. Hybrid work in Alameda with beer industry perks.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in beverage alcohol sales.
• Experience managing chain retail accounts or national accounts.
• Strong understanding of the three-tier distribution system.
• Willingness to travel within California as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with major chain retailers throughout California.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key buyers and category managers.
• Develop annual programming and seasonal opportunities with chain partners.
• Coordinate chain resets, features, and promotional programs.
• Drive incremental revenue growth across existing chain partners.
• Monitor inventory flow, depletions, and forecast planning.
• Support distributor teams with account presentations and chain program execution.
• Ensure promotional programs and displays are executed at retail.
• Provide regular reporting on chain performance and opportunities.
