Job summary

Deschutes Brewery in San Jose, CA seeks a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to grow the Deschutes portfolio in Northern California. You will manage relationships with distributors and accounts, meet volume and profit goals, and lead promotions and brand events.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in Brewery or Distributor Sales Management preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Must live in the market and have established relationships within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute account calls with key on- and off-premise accounts.
• Grow share of mind with distributors, retailers and consumers.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts through visits and reviews.
• Ensure merchandising, POS, displays and inventory across market.
• Lead National Accounts programs including pricing, features and sampling.
• Drive distributor partnerships and act as field liaison.
• Assist with launching new brands and brand promotions.
