Job Summary: The National Accounts Manager, Walmart will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of navigating organizational complexities and influencing others. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess a creative growth mindset. This position reports to the Sales Team Lead and will be remote in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company top and bottom line goals.

Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams, providing the guidance and direction needed to drive business value and achieve company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart Merchandising, Replenishment, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Product Development teams.

Utilize advanced data analytics to drive sales strategies and decision-making.

Navigate and leverage Walmart systems (Retail Link, i360, QMS, Luminate) for effective account management.

Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Lead projects and initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve sales processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Foster a culture of innovation, resilience, and adaptability within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in national account management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Experience with Walmart systems (Retail Link, i360, QMS, Luminate) preferred.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Strong strategic thinking and executive presence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to navigate organizational complexities and influence others.

Self-motivated with a desire to embrace change and drive innovation.

Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Advanced data analytics skills.

Proven ability to manage a P&L and deliver business value.

Experience leading through complexity and building trusted retailer partnerships.

Up to 20% travel will be required
