Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a National Account Executive to lead the Costco portfolio in the NW/MW regions from Seattle, with roughly 15% travel. You will drive AOP delivery, promotions, pricing, and assortment in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CPG sales and experience with data-driven strategy, budget management, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. Costco experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of CPG sales at a national retail account (Cos tco) preferred.
• Experience leading a broader commercial team to design blocks for attaining AOP.
• Ability to interpret syndicated data to uncover new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to own a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader and primary contact for the DSD Beverage & WD Cold portfolio in Costco NW/MW and Business Centers, accountable for AOP delivery.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Costco regions to drive multi-year growth.
• Lead promotional strategy and trade spend management, including tracking, analysis and optimization.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across Commercial, RGM, Supply Chain, and Brand.
• Lead Costco marketing and merchandising plans, including digital and print assets.
