Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Seattle, WA, seeks a National Account Executive to lead the Costco Peet’s Ground Coffee portfolio. You will own the Costco relationship, drive AOP delivery, and shape joint business plans with cross-functional teams to maximize growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CPG sales experience, proven ability to leverage syndicated data, and strong negotiation and analytics skills. Costco selling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience with national retailers.
• Experience developing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and using syndicated data.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader for Peet’s Ground Coffee at Costco and manage AOP delivery.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Costco for multi-year growth.
• Lead promotional strategy, trade spend, price/pack planning, and optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans.
