Job summary

Agri Beef seeks a National Account Sales Representative at our Boise corporate office. This is an in-office role with no hybrid/remote option. You will drive growth for the Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, and other brand lines by building partnerships with key retailers and Michelin-starred restaurants.

You’ll manage contracts, educate distributors, and expand market presence across the U.S. and international customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with beef industry or related background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong integrity and teamwork mindset.
• Willing and excited about travel throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Make sales and obtain contracts with customers; confirm long and short-term contracts for service levels.
• Accountable for order entry, price negotiations, marketing programs/accruals and contract decisions to achieve sales goals.
• Keep up-to-date on market conditions and customer changes.
• Establish effective working relationships with customers to gain respect and loyalty; be responsive to customer needs and priorities.
• Build and sustain relationships; establish rapport with individuals at all levels; be open and honest to build trust.
• Speak effectively in meetings and presentations; organize and present information; deliver high-impact presentations.
• Maintain a positive attendance record with punctuality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
