Del Mar College is seeking a PROGRAM DIRECTOR, NURSE AIDE TRAINING & COMPETENCY EVALUATION PROGRAM (NATCEP) POOL in Continuing Education. The director may directly perform nurse aide training or supervise instructors and must travel to approved NATCEP sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license with at least two years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care, and has teaching or supervising experience with adult learners.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current RN Texas License.
• Two (2) years nursing experience, including at least one (1) year in long-term care.
• Experience teaching adult learners or supervising nurse aides.

• Direct NATCEP and ensure compliance with HHSC rules.
• Train or supervise instructors and supplemental trainers.
• Maintain NATCEP records and verify trainee pass status.
• Sign competency evaluation applications and completion certificates.
