Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing department. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, supporting senior attorneys and handling various legal tasks.

This role requires a JD from an accredited law school, active TN State Bar membership, and a minimum of 2 years' workers' compensation experience.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active TN State Bar membership in good standing; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of workers compensation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
