Wettermark Keith in Nashville is seeking a motivated Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our team. You will manage a caseload from inception through resolution, delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or workers’ compensation, admission to the Tennessee State Bar, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is an in-person role requiring on-site hearings in Nashville.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation preferred (but not required)
• Active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
