Qualifications

• J.D. required with active Tennessee law license.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate personal injury claims and assess viability.
• Investigate claims and gather evidence.
• Prepare/filing pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlements.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel or insurers.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Manage caseload and supervise staff as needed.
