WME invites an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our Nashville office on-site. You will deliver high-touch Tier 1 and 2 support for end-users, advocating for a high-quality, secure, and productive technology environment.

Partner with regional and global IT teams on modernization initiatives, endpoint management, and AI-enabled tools while maintaining operational ownership, discretion, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site IT support in enterprise environments.
• Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook support.
• Strong customer-service, discretion, and communication.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and device management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and 2 support for end-users in Nashville with regional/global collaboration.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices.
• Deploy and manage devices with enrollment, imaging, provisioning, and refresh.
• Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
