ARCO/Murray Power Solutions in Nashville seeks a Project Manager to lead multifamily and related construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate design work, budgets, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes subcontractor management, value engineering, and proactive problem solving across trades. Strong MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 2-5 years’ of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Previous experience leading ground up multifamily, hospitality, or senior living community construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment directly when advantageous to budget or schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Superintendent on subcontractor scopes, schedule, and site logistics.
