Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and deliver a flawless guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Four Seasons standards of excellence.

You will supervise Room Attendants, manage daily room assignments, and collaborate with the team to maintain high quality and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury environment in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; second-language skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure rooms and public areas meet standards.
• Inspect areas and team members' work for quality and attention to detail.
• Prepare and manage daily room assignments and staffing for shifts.
• Communicate room status and maintenance issues per protocols.
• Maintain housekeeping office records and files.
• Support special projects to improve housekeeping products, services, and efficiencies.
• Foster a collaborative environment across housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Escalate concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
