Makeready is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Nashville, TN to lead the housekeeping team, train room attendants, and ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, timely completion of tasks, and collaboration with Front Office for smooth operations.

This full-time position requires prior supervision experience in housekeeping, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple rooms and areas efficiently.

Formación

• Experience leading housekeeping teams preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to train and coach room attendants to maintain high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met.
• Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested. Creating assignments for Team Members.
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter.
• Communicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status.
