Job summary

Entrust is hiring a Field Service Technician in Nashville, TN. The role supports customers with preventative and emergency maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Entrust equipment across sites. You will travel to customer locations and respond to service calls while maintaining equipment and inventory with ERP tools.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of electromechanical experience, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for shifts and on-call is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to drive to several customer sites daily to complete assigned work.
• Flexibility for on-call and travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose, test, and resolve issues on systems.
• Drive to customer sites daily to provide service and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the ERP system.
• Respond to service calls and document activities.
