Job summary

Entrust Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customer sites in Nashville, TN. You will perform preventive and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment, diagnose issues, and repair systems with autonomy while maintaining inventory and reporting activity.

The role requires travel to multiple sites daily and flexibility for on-call shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of electromechanical experience, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with PCs and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCs, operating systems and relevant software.
• Valid driver's license; able to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Drive daily to customer sites to service equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory using ERP system and report activities.
• Troubleshoot card printer systems and related hardware.
• Interact with customer operations staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist less experienced technicians and share problem-solving approaches.
