Job summary

Entrust Corporation in Salt Lake City is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for Entrust equipment. The role focuses on preventative and emergency maintenance to keep customer systems operating reliably.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, diagnosing issues, calibrating components, and maintaining inventory while following ERP procedures. Overtime and on-call duties apply; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 year of electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCs, current operating systems and relevant software applications.
• Willingness and ability to drive to several customer sites daily.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts, assignments and travel when required, including temporary off-site short-term assignments in other locations.
• Willingness to be on-call.
• Ability to lift to 70 lbs. and spend the majority of the shift sitting, bending, stooping, walking, etc.
• Overtime is required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Drive to customer sites daily to provide service and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and follow call management processes.
• Troubleshoot using manuals and test equipment; calibrate sensors and devices.
