Qualifications

• 8-10 years in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or program management in large-scale developments.
• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Finance; master’s preferred.
• Experience with mega-scale campus developments and multi-workstream programs.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel; strong cost/schedule forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting controls for a mega-scale campus program.
• Maintain master schedule, cost baselines, and change-control protocols.
• Develop executive dashboards, monthly reports, and trend analyses.
• Coach project controls staff and coordinate with design, construction, procurement, and finance.
• Ensure data quality across controls systems and Oracle financial records.
• Lead reviews, risk sessions, and forecast meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
