The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in proposal coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal coordination or contracts administration.
• Experience supporting sales quoting activities and coordinating proposal submissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner and administrator of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
• Manage preparation, review, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, bids, and quotations.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners.
