Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a NASA SEWP - Program Coordinator to manage GST’s NASA SEWP VI contract and support the sales team across RFQ reviews, pricing coordination, and vendor communications.

The role emphasizes government contracting knowledge, strong organization, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales. The position is based in Cerritos, CA and requires compliance with SEWP procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, contracts, or proposal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Experience working with OEMs and distributors.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner of NASA SEWP VI contract and review RFQs.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors; prepare quotes.
• Verify product availability and lead times; ensure on-time submissions.
• Support proposals and order processing after award.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives and engineering resources.
• Maintain contract documentation and SEWP compliance.
• Monitor SEWP portals and contract communications.
