Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, RFQs, and RFP experience.
• Must have federal government contracts experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with OEMs and distributors.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own GST's NASA SEWP VI contract administration and compliance.
• Review RFQs, coordinate pricing, and timely quotes.
• Prepare customer quotations and verify product availability/lead times.
• Support the sales team and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Track quote status and ensure vendor pricing responsiveness.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance and sales.
