Job summary

GST, Inc in Cerritos, CA seeks a Federal Government Contract Coordinator to support NASA SEWP/GWAC activities. You will review RFQs, bids, price shop with OEMs, and submit accurate quotes and proposals for federal government customers.

The ideal candidate has federal contracting experience, FAR familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced tech and public sector sales environment. Team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government contracts and procurement.
• Experience with NASA SEWP, GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, or similar vehicles preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests for accuracy and timeliness.
• Obtain pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs and distributors.
• Build, price, and submit quotations, proposals, and documentation.
• Support quote-to-order processes including qualification and handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP requirements and federal guidelines.
• Partner with Federal Account Executives to drive opportunities and growth.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales.
• Track quote activity, pipeline metrics, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records and reporting in CRM/ERP/CPQ systems.
