The role demands government contracting knowledge, strong organization, and multitasking across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with SEWP, CRM, and ERP systems is valued; on-site in California is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, federal and government contracts, or proposal experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Experience working with OEMs and distributors.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• SEWP Contract Administration: Own GST's NASA SEWP VI contract; review RFQs; monitor SEWP portals; ensure compliance; maintain docs; coordinate updates.
• Quote Management: Review RFQs; coordinate pricing; request quotes; prepare quotations; verify product availability and lead times; ensure deadlines.
• Sales Support: Partner with Federal Account Executives; assist with product selection; coordinate engineering resources; prepare proposals; track quotes; assist with orders after award.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Procurement, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Sales; coordinate with vendor and distribution partners.
• Reporting: Maintain quote pipeline, win/loss stats, response times, vendor performance, SEWP activity, contract utilization.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Stay current on SEWP policies and procedures; ensure contract compliance.
