Radial Solutions Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Business Manager to support NASA's METTS program.

You will organize, direct, and control activities around program cost, schedule performance reporting, budgeting, and asset management, while managing accounting and administration functions. Responsibilities include cost control and reporting, developing management dashboards and performance metrics, and coordinating with NASA, finance, accounting, subcontractors, and Joint Venture partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting experience.
• Five or more years of experience managing cost type contracts with ten or more work breakdown structure (WBS) elements.
• Ten to twelve years of experience in business management or related field (preferred).
• Experience with NASA financial reporting (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
• Prepare and review NASA 533, monthly cost reports, and other required financial deliverables.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, funding, and estimates to complete.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide financial and business analysis to the Program Manager and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with NASA representatives, finance, accounting, subcontractors, and Joint Venture partners.
• Support contract compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify and implement business-process and reporting improvements.
• Support business systems, automation, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting tools.
• Provide leadership and direction to business operations personnel.
• Provide financial oversight of procurement commitments and invoice activity as needed.
