Job summary

Responsibilities

• The SDS monitors NAS service delivery and systems operations using automated remote monitoring and reports.
• Leads Service Delivery Management (SDM) and prioritizes NAS services with Air Traffic and airlines.
• Develops innovative concepts and approaches to resolve NAS operational problems.
• Monitors NAS service delivery and restores services with minimal impact to operations.
• Establishes program goals, objectives, and project plans; leads large, complex work activities.
• Represents FAA as a senior technical authority for major activities and customer concerns.
• Collaborates with customers at high organizational levels to resolve complex NAS issues.
