• Apply expert knowledge of NAS modernization and TOCC operations to create innovative concepts and solutions for complex issues.
• Monitor NAS service delivery and systems operations via automated tools; prioritize infrastructure actions and manage resources accordingly.
• Provide leadership for highly complex technical activities and develop workable solutions for unanticipated NAS situations.
• Coordinate with FAA and external stakeholders to restore facilities, systems, and services with minimal NAS impact.
